The Industrial zone Petilep is located 3,5 km north of the village of Mogila, on the regional road A3. The Industrial zone Petilep covers an area of 17,9 ha. The process of development in the zone is in the phase of the very beggining. The zone has electricity, water supply, telephone and road infrastructure.
All 14 building lots are state owned and their purpose is for the light and non-polluting industry. They are for sale with an initial price of 1 EUR for square meter.

The old municipal building of the Municipality of Dobrushevo was built in 1926 and renovated in 1996. The first purpose of this facility was as a school building, later to be used as a municipal building, and since 2006 this facility is free. There is one floor available with a total area of 150 m2, suitable for administrative offices, and is in excellent condition.
In the center of v. Dobrushevo the Cultural Centre is located and this building is repurposed as an office building that was built in 2003-2004. The building is a carbine and has a necessity for connection with electricity and plumbing. This facility can be repurposed for textile company, shoe company, warehouse, retail or catering services with accommodation. Since its construction, the building is vacant and not used.
Available investment locations in the Municipality of Mogila are also two rooms in the building of local community Dobrushevo, with an area of 40 m2 and 80 m2. The locations are free from 2011 and are suitable for retail facility or restaurant.
