TIDZ Prilep (Alinci)
The Technological Industrial Development Zone Prilep – Alinci site is located in the southwestern part of the municipality, near the regional road for Bitola A3 and near the Alinci area. TIDZ Prilep is 10 kilometers away from the center of the Municipality of Prilep. This Technological Industrial Development Zone has a total area of 675.062,22 m2

This development zone is fully state-owned and is managed by the Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones (www.dtirz.com). Regarding the infrastructure, this zone has electricity, water supply, sewerage, sewage, telephones and access to construction plots through asphalt road surface or swabbed. The investors in the TIDZ are exempt from the payment of income tax for a period of 10 years and are 100% exempt from payment of the personal income tax for a period of 10 years, so the effective rate of the personal income tax is 0%.
