The Industrial zone Prespateks is located on st. Industriska NN, Resen, near the road A3, Bitola – Resen, as well as, near the center of the Municipality. The Industrial zone Prespateks has a total area of 24 ha. Regarding the degree of development, it varies from lot to lot – different building lots have different degree of development. This industrial zone is 70% state owned and 30% private owned. The industrial zone has complete infrastructure – communal, road and energy infrastructure.
